Finally there were 2 guest speakers at our event
Nuffic Neso organized a Dinner Talk on August 27, 2009 at Sukhothai Hotel, Sathorn Road. The topic of dinner talk is on UNESCO’s Flexibilisation: UNESCO-IHE's response to the Millennium Development Goals by Mr. Jan Herman Koster, head of the Department of Urban Water and Sanitation Program.
We also had an honored guest from Asian Institute of Technology, Dr. Khin Ni Ni Thein, Senior Executive Advisor to the President of AIT. She is active with UNESCO-IHE in South East Asian region in working towards achieving the 8 Goals.

The evening started out with heavy rains. Some of our guests who arrived early were lucky. We began with some drinks in the foyer until around 19.30hrs we moved inside the ballroom.

The event started with Mr. Jan Herman Koster, head of the Department of Urban Water and Sanitation Program, at his talk during the appetizer.
Dr. Khin Ni Ni Thein, Senior Executive Advisor to the President of AIT had her talk after the main course is done. Her talk was interesting, emphasize on the importance of work on Water in achieving the 8 goals.
