Several funded PhD research vacancies are currently available for students who would like to pursue PhD research at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, TU Delft.
The Faculty carries out research in various fields, including flow and transport phenomena, biotechnology, life science and technology, chemical technology, radiation science for health applications and nuclear reactors, imaging science and nanoscience. You do not need a scholarship for a PhD degree at TU Delft because PhD students are considered to be employees and receive a salary with relevant pension and health insurance benefits. PhD research and training usually lasts 4 years and you will be expected to carry out a limited amount of teaching and supervisory tasks. More details are available here: www.tudelft.nl/phd
